VM Events had built a strong reputation on word-of-mouth — premium weddings, corporate galas, private celebrations — but the site felt like a brochure. The gallery was buried, the enquiry form was hidden three clicks deep, and the brand felt generic. The brief: a portfolio-led site that made the work the hero and made enquiry the easiest next step.

We rebuilt the site around the portfolio — full-bleed event photography, scroll-driven story sections, and a sticky enquiry CTA that follows the visitor through every page. The home page opens with a curated reel of recent events, then guides visitors through services, gallery, testimonials and a friction-free enquiry form.

In the first month after launch, enquiry-form submissions rose 2.4×, average session time doubled, and the bounce rate on mobile dropped from 68% to 24%. The new site overtook Instagram as their leading enquiry channel within six weeks.
